An excerpt
from The Liberation of Giselle
The young French girl threw her arms around Sergeant
Colreddy and kissed him on both cheeks. "Welcome, GI! All of France
welcomes you!"
Colreddy laughed and gave her a squeeze. "That's quite a welcome
little missy. Let's have a bottle of that wine."
Giselle took a bottle and two glasses. "Would you like to rest a
little?" she asked. "In my chamber? The bed is soft...."
Her doe-eyed look of innocence didn't fool Colreddy. Her tits strained
at the front of her neatly-kept peasant dress, probably the best dress
she owned and a little small for her now that she had blossomed during
the war.
"I'd like that," the sergeant said, taking her by the arm and
leading her toward the stairs. "And I've got a little treat for you."
He pulled a chocolate bar from his pocket.
"Oh monsieur!" Giselle squealed. "It is wonderful! Chocolate!
Oh, I haven't had chocolate for so long!" She paused and pressed
close, lowering her voice so no one else might overhear. "I would
do anything for a chocolate bar, Monsieur GI." Colreddy smiled. "Do
you like me?" she asked.
"Oh yes, ma'am'selle. Yes I do."
